1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 788min platform (accessible at https://788min.net and any associated mobile applications or services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of 788min, including registered members, guest browsers, and any other person who accesses the platform in any capacity. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside the 788min Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 788min.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and maintain a 788min account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 788min operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on 788min or on any linked responsible gaming register.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of 788min or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

788min reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence) at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonus amounts credited.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on 788min only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where 788min identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual (identified by device, IP address, payment method, personal details, or any other indicator), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. You further agree to maintain and update this information as necessary to keep it accurate.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• You must not register using a false identity or on behalf of another person.
• Corporate accounts, agent accounts, and joint accounts are not permitted.
• 788min may decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Full account verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) will be required before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your CNIC and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 788min may also request proof of address and source of funds where required by its compliance obligations.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 788min account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

788min strongly recommends that all members:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 788min customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

788min accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you have formally reported a security breach to 788min support.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 788min are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 788min supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the deposit page within your account and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your 788min wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.
• 788min does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits and registered in your name. 788min does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• 788min targets same-business-day processing for verified accounts; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment provider.
• 788min reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

788min offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and bonus validity periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 788min reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including where abuse or exploitation of the promotion is suspected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Where a member requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, 788min reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount (and any winnings generated from it) from the withdrawal amount.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 788min platform, including but not limited to Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, and sports betting markets, are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer outcomes, as applicable. 788min does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the result recorded in 788min's server logs shall be the definitive record.
• Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game round, 788min reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the member's account.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the member after the fact.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and 788min's sportsbook rules, including rules on settlement, postponed events, and abandoned matches.

788min uses game content provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each provider's individual game rules are displayed within the game interface and should be consulted before play.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 788min platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one 788min account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained in this manner are void.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or systematic bonus abuse that is not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software or security systems.

9 Responsible Gaming

788min is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Pakistani members. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be used as a means to generate income or to resolve financial difficulties.

788min provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members, accessible from the account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the platform per session.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular on-screen reminders of the time elapsed during your gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 788min platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video, is the property of 788min or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent from 788min.
• Use any 788min branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement or association.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 788min website on any third-party site.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated means.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788min, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of winnings or profits.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to game availability.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform.

788min's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 788min account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 788min account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

788min reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading account information.
• At 788min's absolute discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its members.

Upon termination by 788min for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds shall be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 788min holds its international gaming licence. 788min operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence issued by a reputable regulatory authority.

In the event of a dispute between you and 788min, you should first contact 788min customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 788min will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service designated by 788min's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from customer support on request.

14 Amendments to These Terms

788min reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 788min will provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 788min platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
